The Ops Review
This is the starting point. A comprehensive review of your business and operations where we'll identify the real blocks that's keeping everything relying on you
3-month Partnership
You don't have spare time for this, we get it. That's why we meet once a week for an hour for a progress update and to gather what I need, then I work in the background on improving the relevant areas.
Training & Handover
As changes are made, you and your team members will be trained in (may be separate from weekly meetings). If necessary, we help with hiring relevant team members as well.
