How It Works
Book A Call
We'll chat about your business and see if The Bridge is right for you. If yes, you can sign the Agreement and settle your payment right away
The Ops Review
This is the starting point. A comprehensive review of your business and operations where we'll identify the blocks that are keeping you stuck in the day to day
3-month Partnership
We will meet up to twice a week (no more than 60 minutes at a time) as I gather the information and resources I need to transition you out of the day to day
Training & Handover
As changes are made, the team will be trained and I will be available for support during that time. If necessary, a managerial role will also be hired for the long term
